Strand Length Information

Q: How do the beads come packaged? Are they sold by the bead or by the strand?

A: Each item is priced per strand. Each strand is 16 inches in length unless otherwise specified. For example; if you order a qty of 1, you are ordering one 16 inch strand.

Shipping Information

Q: How soon will my order ship?

A: Once we receive your order, we try to ship it out the next day. However, because of our extensive tradeshow schedule, it may take up to five business days for your order to be shipped. We guarantee that your order will be shipped out within 5 business days upon received.

Q: What method of shipping do you use?

A: FedEx Ground.

Wholesale Information

Q: What is “wholesale” pricing and do I qualify?

A: Wholesale prices are given to businesses who either own a retail store (ie. Bead store/ Craft Store) or for jewelry designers who resell their jewelry.

In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a licensed business with a state tax id number (resell number).

Q: I qualify for wholesale, how do I receive online wholesale prices?

A:In order to receive wholesale prices on our website, you must first fill out the  FORM. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for your application to be processed in which you will receive an email confirmation.

After you have received an email confirmation of your wholesale account, you must be logged in to receive wholesale prices.

Q: I have submitted the online application for wholesale prices, however I am unable to login and get wholesale pricing………..?

A: Once you fill out the application, you do NOT get immediate access to wholesale pricing. It takes up to 1 business day for your application to process and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm once you have been approved.
